بروتيوغليكان 4 (بالإنجليزية: Proteoglycan 4) أو لوبريسين (بالإنجليزية: Lubricin) هوَ عِبارة عن بروتين سُكري مُشفر في جِسم الإنسان عن طَريق جِين " PRG4 "،[1][2][3] يُساعد في التَحكم في نُمو الخَلايا الزلالية حَيث يَعمل كمادة للتشحيم في السائل الزلالي الموجود بالقرب من الغضروف.[3]
