إيمانويل توف (أو إمانول توف، بالعبرية עמנואל טוב) عالم كتاب هولندي إسرائيلي ولد في أمستردام 1941 وأصبح أستاذ قسم الكتاب في الجامعة العبرية في القدس في 1986. يعرف كناقد نصي له كتب الكثير عن نصوص قمران الكتابية وتاريخها. وعمل منذ 1984 في فريق ملفوفات البحر الميت وأصبح رئيس المحررين في 1990.
