تشارلز موفات هاو (بالإنجليزية: Charles Moffat Howe) هو سياسي أمريكي، ولد في 1851، وتوفي في 1920.[1][2]

Dr. Charles Moffat Howe (1851-1920), a dentist who established the first dental office in Passaic, was also active as mayor of Passaic for four terms, president of the Passaic National Bank, president of the Y.M.C.A, and other civic organizations.
