الاعتقالات الجماعية في الحرب الفلسطينية الإسرائيلية 2023
منذ اندلاع الحرب بين الفلسطينية الإسرائيلية عام 2023 في 7 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول، نفذت إسرائيل عمليات اعتقال واحتجاز جماعية للفلسطينيين، وقد اعتقل واحتجز الآلاف في إسرائيل والأراضي الفلسطينية.[1][2] [3][4] وأفادت وسائل الإعلام ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان داخل إسرائيل وخارجها أن آلاف العمال الغزيين في إسرائيل تم اعتقالهم أو اختفائهم في الأسابيع التي تلت 7 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول.[2][3][5] بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نفذت إسرائيل اعتقالات جماعية في الضفة الغربية، واعتقلت أيضاً مواطنين فلسطينيين في إسرائيل.[6][7][8] وقد أثيرت مخاوف بشأن شرعية وسرية وظروف العديد من الاعتقالات، بما في ذلك سوء المعاملة والتعذيب.[5][9][10] وفي 3 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، أفادت التقارير أن إسرائيل قامت بترحيل 3200 عامل فلسطيني إلى قطاع غزة.[11] وبالإضافة إلى السجناء الفلسطينيين المحتجزين قبل اندلاع الحرب، لا يزال هناك عدد غير معروف من الأفراد رهن الاعتقال.[12][13][14]
