جوزيف بويس (بالألمانية: Joseph Beuys)‏ (تُلفظ بالألمانية: [ˈjo:zɛf ˈbɔʏs]؛ ولد في 12 من مايو 1921 – 23 من يناير 1986م) كان أحد فناني شبكة فلاكساس، والواقعية، وفنان أداء ألماني الجنسية، كما كان أيضًا نحاتًا، وفنانًا تنصيبيًا، ورسام جرافيك، ومنظّرًا فنيًا، ومربيًا فنيًا.

تترسخ أعماله الشاملة في مفاهيم الفلسفة الإنسانية، والفلسفة الاجتماعية، وعلم طبائع البشر؛ فيُكلل كل ذلك في «تعريفه الموسع للفن» وفي فكرة النحت الاجتماعي باعتباره العمل الفني الجامع الذي رأى فيه دورًا مبدعًا ومشاركًا في تشكيل المجتمع والسياسة. وقد اتسمت مسيرته المهنية بالجدل العام المليء بالشغف، بل والتهكمية، لكنه الآن معروف بكونه واحدًا من الفنانين الأكثر تأثيرًا في النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين.[1][2]
