نُشِر هذا العمل للمرة الأُولى في يوغوسلافيا، وهو في النِّطاق العامّ لأنَّ حقوق تأليفه ونشره قد نَفدت وفقاً لقانون حقوق التَّأليف والنَّشر اليوغوسلافيّ لعام 1978م الَّذي يُحدِد مُدةً للحقوق تمتدُ زمنَ حياة المُؤَلِّف وخمسين عاماً بعد وفاته، مع استثناء الصُّور الضوئيَّة لأعمال الفنون التطبيقيَّة حيث تكون المدة 25 عاماً فقط. يّسري ما سبق على الأعمال الَّتي كانت في النِّطاق العامّ قبل تفكك جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاشتراكيَّة الاتحاديَّة في عام 1991م.

يتوافق هذا العمل مع أحد البنود التَّالِية:

أ) عملٌ معروفُ المُؤّلِّف، وقد توفي قبل 1 يناير 1941.
ب) عملٌ مَجهُولُ المُؤَلِّف، نُشِر قبلَ 1 يناير 1941.
جـ) صورةٌ ضوئيَّةٌ لعملٍ فنيّ تطبيقيّ، نُشِرت قبلَ 1 يناير 1966.
