أوليا هرقل هي شيف أوكرانية في لندن، وكاتبة طعام، ومصممة أغذية.
حياتها
ولدت أوليا هرقل في كاخوفكا، أوكرانيا في عام 1984.[1][2] فضلا عن كونها أوكرانية، فهي لديها جذور يهودية، بيسارابيا وسيبيريا.[3] انتقلت هرقل إلى المملكة المتحدة في سن 18 لدراسة الإيطالية والسياسة في جامعة ورك.[4][5] قبل الحصول على ماجستير في الترجمة الروسية، انتقلت إلى قبرص لمدة 5 سنوات.[6]
عملها
بدأت أوليا هرقل كطاه بعد إتمامها دورة في مدرسة ليث للأغذية والنبيذ في عام 2008.[5][7] وكتبت لمجلة جيمي وكانت مصممة أغذية لمنشورات مختلفة.[8] ثم انتقلت إلى العمل في مطعم لندن، اوتولنغي كطاهي القسم.[4][6] ظهرت في برنامج ساترداي كيتشن.[9][10]
مؤلفاتها
وقد كتبت كتاب وصفات ماموشكا وهي عبارة عن مجموعة من وصفات أوروبا الشرقية. 2017 سوف يروا كتاب هرقل الثاني الذي تم نشره.[11]
