This image features an architectural or artistic work, photographed from a public space in Zambia. According to Copyright and Performance Rights Act, 1994 sections 2, 8 and 17, architecture, sculptures, and works of artistic craftsmanship may be objects of copyright, "irrespective of artistic quality". Section 21 of the law provides an exception for "incidental inclusion" but no freedom of panorama exceptions, which means that they cannot be photographed freely for anything entirely. If a copyrighted architectural or artistic work is contained in this image and it is a substantial reproduction, this photo cannot be licensed under a free license, and will be deleted. Framing this image to focus on the copyrighted work is also a copyright violation.
