{{TemplatePAGENAME/doc}} inserts the name of the template currently being documented. It is equivalent to either TemplatePAGENAME/doc or TemplatePAGENAME depending on whether the currently viewed page is the documentation subpage or the template itself (which presumably transcludes the documentation subpage via {{توثيق}}).
