Renders a flag icon and wikilink to جزر كايمان. This template is equivalent to {{علم|Cayman Islands}}, but is named after the standard three letter أيزو 3166-1 حرفي-3 country code for Cayman Islands as a shorthand editing convenience.
You can also use {{CAY}} (which is a redirect to this template) because "CAY" is the IOC code and FIFA code for Cayman Islands.
