ديميتار فلاهوف هو دبلوماسي وضابط وسياسي بلغاري (وحمل سابقاً جنسية الدولة العثمانية ويوغوسلافيا)، ولد في 8 نوفمبر 1878 في كيلكيس في اليونان، وتوفي في 7 أبريل 1953 في بلغراد في صربيا.[1][2][3] نشط حزبياً في والحزب الاشتراكي العثماني (1925 – 1925) ورابطة شيوعيي يوغوسلافيا.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Slavic patriots in Macedonia felt a strong attachment to Macedonia as a multi-ethnic homeland. Most of these Macedonian Slavs also saw themselves as Bulgarians.
