الدوري الإيطالي الدرجة الثانية 2018–19 (بالإيطالية: Serie B 2018-2019)‏ هو موسم من الدوري الإيطالي الدرجة الثانية. أقيم خلال الفترة 24 أغسطس 2018 وحتى، وشارك فيه  19 فريقاً، وفاز فيه نادي بريشيا.[1][2][3]

  3. ^ Palermo were initially deducted twenty points for financial irregularities, they were excluded from the 2019–20 Serie B on 12th July 2019.
