الأرغ[1] أو الإرْكة[1] أو الإرج (erg) هو وحدة من وحدات الطاقة، وعلى الأخـص الطاقة الحرارية.[2][3][4] يُستعمل لصغره في مجال الذرة والكيمياء والأحياء.
1 إرج = 1 جرام. سنتيمتر مربع / ثانية مربع.
