OrgSynth is designed to reference articles appearing in Organic Syntheses. It is based on the template {{Cite journal}}, with the following parameters suppressed

• month
• journal
• language
• format
• pmid
• accessdate, accessmonthday, accessdaymonth, accessyear
• laysummary
• laydate
• quote

and the following new parameters

• prep (optional), for the preparation number in the Organic Syntheses database www.orgsyn.org, this parameter is overridden by url
• collvol (optional), for the number of the collected volume
• collvolpages (optional), the the pages in the collected volume, will not appear unless collvol is also set
