غفارية فموية (بالإنجليزية: Leptotrichia buccalis) هي نوع من البكتيريا، سلبية الغرام، تتبع الغفارية.
تقريبًا جميع الحالات المُصابة بعدوى شديدة بالغفارية الفموية وُثقَ أنها تحصل في مرضى قلة الخلايا المتعادلة.[1][2]
