نوفاب
نوفاب (بالإنجليزية: NoFap) هو موقع ويب، ومنتدى مجتمعي يعمل مجموعة دعم لمن يرغب في الإقلاع عن الإباحية، والاستمناء.[1][2][3] يأتي اسم الموقع من المفردة fap، إشارةً إلى استمناء الذكور.[4][5] الدافع الرئيس لإنشاء الموقع هو محاولة التغلب على الإدمان، والإباحية.[6][7] أو غيرها من السلوكيات الجنسية القهرية.[8]
