Public domain This work was first published in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Ordinance-Law No. 86-033 of 5 April 1986 on the Protection of Copyright and Neighboring Rights (details).   • It is a photographic work, and 25 years have passed since the date of its publication
  • It is another kind of work, and 50 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)

يقع هذا العمل في النِّطاق العامِّ في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكيَّة لأنَّه يستوفي ثلاثة متطلبات:

  1. نُشِر للمرة الأولى خارج الولايات المتحدة، و لم يُنشر فيها في غضون 30 يوماً بعد ذلك.
  2. نُشِر للمرة الأولى قبل 1 مارس 1989م دون إشعار حقوق تأليفٍ ونشر أو قبل عام 1964م دون تجديد حقوق النشر أو قبل قيام دولة المصدر بعمل علاقات حقوق تأليفٍ ونشرٍ مع الولايات المتحدة.
  3. كان في النِّطاق العامِّ في بلد المنشأ في تاريخ إصدار تشريع اتفاقية جولة الأورواغواي (1 يناير 1996 لمعظم البلدان).
